Husk embodies the essence of the North Coast of NSW, Australia, connecting to its land and elements. Distilled in a 6000L Scottish Forsyth still, the only one of its kind to be located down under, their Rare Blend Rum combines fresh cane juice and cane honey and is aged in small American Oak barrels.

Nose
A sweet and slightly floral vanilla to start with. A touch of cloves and black pepper plays well with the sweetness.
Taste
Very floral and less sweet than the nose, the wood influence moves from vanilla on the nose to a deeper oak note.
