During a trip to Japan, Christian Jensen discovered an old bottle of London gin that was now out of production, and it tasted completely different from all the other London dry gins available. So in 2004, he set out to create a gin that honours those lost classic gin recipes. Tasting notes
Nose
Musky floral notes intertwine with zesty lemon peels. The longer you smell, the more everything merges into a forest floor juniper note - exceptional integration of all the aromas.
Taste
This gin has it all - soft and rounded on the palate with plenty of juniper, lemon peel, floral violet and gentle spice. Juniper and lemon peel intertwine perfectly to balance bitter tonic notes when mixed.
