A terrific rendition of this traditional style of gin – once somewhat forgotten, but now back in full force. Unlike other Old Tom gins, this bottling from the Jensen’s range doesn’t contain any added sugar, but is instead distilled with a much larger proportion of botanicals than usual. The final product? A modern take on a classic gin category.

Nose
