Distilled at Killara Distillery in Tasmania, this gin is the result of second-generation distiller Kristy Booth- Lark’s expertise. Sharing the same ten botanicals as the Original Apothecary Gin, this Triple Juniper variation boasts three times the amount of juniper! Using her 18+ years of distilling experience, Kristy individually distils each botanical, including (lots of) juniper, olive leaf, chamomile, and lemongrass.
