The ‘Cool Rummings’ single cask expression from Victoria’s Kinglake Distillery, spent the entirety of its maturation in an ex-Bourbon barrel that had previously held Beenleigh rum for 20 years. Limited to only 167 bottles and bottled at cask strength, it’s a whisky that is influenced by the natural elements of the bush terroir with bold and sweet notes of barley malt, a touch of burnt sugar and spicy vanilla oak.
