With a rich heritage spanning over 50 years, the Helios distillery in Okinawa, Japan, is committed to sharing the spirit of Okinawa with the world. This dram, made from rice, undergoes a minimum 12- year maturation in white oak barrels. This whisky is a testament to Helios’ craftsmanship with its fruity and vibrant profile, featuring notes of citrus fruits, light oak, pear drops, fresh berries, and honey.

Tasting notes
Nose
Smooth and well- rounded with strong notes of citrus balanced with a caramel toffee sweetness.
Taste
Very well balanced, the citrus on the nose develops into tropical pineapple on the palate while the toffee sweetness rounds everything off.
Finish
The finish is surprisingly long for a relatively young dram, the toffee sweetness lingers after the tropical fruit subsides.
