The ultimate “Sherry Bomb”! The follow up to 2020’s spectacular Sherry Aged and Sherry Finished is just as good as the first. This is an absolute belter from the House of Lark – a triple Sherry cask single malt that has been initially aged in first-fill former Sherry casks from Lark’s Coal River distillery. The spirit has then been finished in a selection of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks for a super concentrated Sherry flavour.

Tasting notes
Nose
Instantly intriguing, with powerful aromas of freshly juiced orange, sugared pecans and walnuts, espresso, creamy vanilla and wet Sherried oak.
Taste
Syrupy and full bodied, serving up bursting juicy grapes, pink grapefruit, caramelised apples, toffee’d malt, some subtle salted caramel and more of that Sherry-oak intensity.
Finish
Outstandingly long and lingering, with warm notes of fudgy dark chocolate, astringent leather, old oak, and subtle citrus rind.
