A vibrant and smoky island single malt that brings together Ledaig’s coastal peat character with extra depth and colour from a Rioja red wine cask finish. Matured first in traditional oak casks before spending additional time in Rioja seasoned barrels, it delivers a bold mix of smoky, salty and fruity flavours that feel modern, expressive and full of personality.
Fresh coastal smoke with notes of ripe red berries, wine-soaked fruit, sea spray, charred oak, and a hint of warm spice. Rich and layered with smoky oak, red wine sweetness, dark berries, soft chocolate notes, smoked spices and a slightly oily texture that carries flavour across the palate. Long, fruity and smoky with lingering pepper spice, charred embers, dark red fruit and a touch of maritime salt.
