This classic Australian single malt is renowned for its bold malted barley characteristics. At the distillery in Albany, this dram is produced using traditional small- batch copper pot stills and premium local barley. Its water is sourced from deep limestone aquifers, adding to the whisky’s unique profile. Maturation and finishing take place in ex-bourbon American oak barrels for between 5 and 8 years.

Nose
Malt comes to the fore with toasted cereal, joined by subtle vanilla and oak spice.
Taste
Sweet, warm honey with sticky caramel, ripe orchard fruits intertwining with barley and charred lemon rind and citrus fruits.
Finish
Subtle spice to finish mingling with oak and that vanilla comes through.
