Madre Mezcal Ensamble is the centrepiece of Madre’s artisanal offerings, crafted in Oaxaca, Mexico. This mezcal blends Espadín and Cuishe agaves, the latter being a rare, wild species known for its slow ripening and unique flavour profile. Produced by the Morales family in San Dionisio and the Vazquez family in Miahuatlán, this mezcal offers an approachable yet complex tasting experience. With its balance of sweet Espadín and earthy Cuishe, Madre Ensamble is perfect for both newcomers and aficionados.
