Malfy Gin hails from the sun-drenched Amalfi Coast of Italy, a place made famous by the fresh lemons used to make limoncello. Malfy Rosa Gin builds on the citrussy foundation with the addition of Sicilian pink grapefruit, blood orange and hand-picked juniper. Utilising low temperature vacuum distillation to extract the delicate essential flavour oils from the botanicals produces a robustly flavoured gin.
