Malfy Rosa Gin builds on the citrussy foundation with the addition of Sicilian pink grapefruit, blood orange and hand-picked juniper. Utilising low temperature vacuum distillation to extract the delicate essential flavour oils from the botanicals produces a robustly flavoured gin.
