One of Australia’s foremost gin distilleries, Manly Spirits captures the unique atmosphere of Sydney’s famous seaside suburb. Created as a Christmas gin for the Southern Hemisphere, the gin encapsulates the hazy days of a yuletide season on the beach. This spirit is infused with cascara (the dried skin of the coffee bean) and vanilla – producing an amber, spicy and totally delicious gin.

Tasting notes
Nose
Initially dominated by vanilla, sweet cinnamon and nutmeg, before gin botanicals and dried fruits come through, with a little fragrant coffee.
Taste
A full, spicy richness arrives on the palate, joined by vanilla, espresso beans, dried juniper and citrus. Some candied fruit lingers – fabulously festive!
