The second release is a much more mellow and sweet single malt, matured in ex-Kentucky Bourbon casks and filled in Manly Spirits' first year of distilling. Therefore, powers of deduction make this dram approximately five years old - far older than many other Aussie whiskies. All casks were ‘first fill’, providing an amazing roundness in flavour - a true daily sipper.
