This first release comes from a small batch of shaved, toasted and re-charred Apera casks, filled during Manly’s first year of distilling back in 2017. Therefore, powers of deduction make this dram approximately five years old - far older than many other Aussie whiskies. A rich and robust single malt, expect to taste dark fruits, orange rind, and oaky vanilla spice notes.
