This limited-edition, barrel-aged version of the award-winning Monkey 47 Gin is produced a few times each year. It is aged in brand new, handmade, and slightly toasted mulberry barrels from the Black Forest. These 110-litre barrels are crafted by a traditional cooper in southwest Germany. The mulberry wood imparts a highly aromatic quality, resulting in a deep golden yellow colour.
