Produced the same way as Never Never’s legendary Triple Juniper gin (with juniper distilled three different ways to fully reveal its flavours), this uncompromising gin is kicked up to a powerful 53% ABV. Angelica, coriander and lemon peel are “brought up” in the botanical mix, with the result a savoury, intense spirit. Increased botanical oils have given this gin a remarkable body.

Tasting notes
Nose
An intense juniper profile, with fragrant pine- needles and forest floor, followed by black pepper, earthy angelica and zesty lemon peel.
Taste
The palate opens with more of that powerful juniper, bringing with it a drying, oily mouthfeel and rich, rooty and fragrant, hot, cinnamon spice.
