A strong juniper backbone is central to Patient Wolf. However, things take a unique turn with Tonka Bean, adding a subtle vanilla, woody and tobacco-like edge. The mix of botanicals, particularly orris root, give a powerful moreish floral note despite no actual flowers being used to make this gin.

Good things take time, and Matt and Dave were certainly very patient wolves when establishing this delicious drop. A strong juniper backbone was always central to Patient Wolf. Tasting notes
Nose
Potent woody pepper and coriander spice up first. Herbaceous tones come second, think rosemary and eucalyptus. Floral notes of grapefruit zest, lavender and violets follow to lighten the mood.
