This recipe from the up-and-comers down in Marrickville was initially developed as a party starter at founder Griff’s sister’s wedding! The gin was so good that popular demand led to a permanent release. Not a drop of sugar is added to make a versatile bone dry flavour bomb.

Strawberries and cream continue onto the palate, with a hint of vanilla. After the fruity start warming spice spreads across your mouth on the finish, with ginger, cardamom and allspice.
