Tasting notes
Nose
Deep woody notes come first, like warm jarrah sawdust and toasted pine. The more you come back to it the brighter it gets, featuring lemon myrtle, flamed grapefruit zest and rosemary seasoned with sea salt.
Taste
A textural mouthfeel with a warming ginger and vanilla hug. The juniper comes next with soft pine followed by lime peel, toasted nuts and a savoury saline finish. Dangerously easy-drinking at 58%.
