The Moonlight Gin is a dark and luscious flavoured gin with a deep pearlescent purple hue. A beautifully balanced and complex flavour is derived from low temperature vacuum distillation of exotic botanicals including black goji berry, pink lady apple, butterfly pea flower, red juniper and blood limes, which preserves the delicate fresh flavours and aromas.
