This 30 ml bottle of Australian single malt whisky is matured in ex-Italian Aglianico wine barrels sourced from Mino & Co., an Australian winery. The American oak hogshead casks were charred by renowned cooper Andrew Young at Seppeltsfield in South Australia before being used for maturation. The whisky offers a deep and rich profile with notes of toffee, spiced plums, fig, raspberry, and burnt butter on the palate. The finish is characterised by savoury and soft tannins, honeyed nuts, and crème brûlée characteristics.
