In 2008 Sipsmith petitioned the British government to change the law, allowing them to commission their 300L gin still - the first new distillery to open in London since 1820. Sipsmith quickly began to gain plaudits and awards alike with their uncompromising approach to creating London Dry Gin - the way it should be.

Nose
Bright, bold, zesty orange notes with orange blossom, summer orchard notes. Plenty of traditional juniper with slight hints of earthy musk and liquorice root.
Taste
A gentle mouthfeel with creamy juniper coating the palate. Quickly transitions into orange marmalade, bright lemon curd that integrates back with juniper. A vague gentle pepperiness on the finish.
