Fifty One is a robust SLYRS single malt built around a distinctive 51% ABV, with a secret blend of whiskies matured for varying lengths of time. The spirit is matured in a selection of casks that previously held sherry, port and Sauternes, bringing together several layers of fruit, sweetness and spice.

The higher bottling strength gives the whisky a particularly intense character and allows its combination of cask influences to come through with greater impact. The result is a darker, richer expression with an unusual balance of tart herbs, dried fruit, nuts and warming spice.
