Tasting notes
Nose
Deep and luscious aromas of burnt sugar, dark cacao and toasted oak. Hints of antique shop, aromatic oils, dried fruit and almonds.
Taste
A huge release of spicy and complex flavours with notes of charred peaches, raspberry coulis, white pepper and salted chocolate.
Finish
A massively long and complex finish, with notes of spice box, cigar and cedar, compete with hints of oxidised wine, dried fruit and oak.
