This is a distinctly Aussie dram, with Australian ingredients used throughout the whisky-making process. The spirit is bottled at 50% ABV, ensuring the final product closely resembles the whisky that is drawn from the cask.

Intense vanilla custard, plums and figs are joined by an undercurrent of barrel char, cinnamon spice and jammy blackberries to round things out.
Vanilla again, with mixed berry jam, sultanas, freshly baked chocolate cake, malted milk and allspice. Orange rind and salted caramel adds a bittersweet complexity.
Long and syrupy, with dark oak and toasted cinnamon and anise lingering. A whisky of unrelenting class.
