Tasting notes
Nose
Warm cereal notes are complemented by hints of sweet citrus. With time, the sweetness takes on a slightly bitter edge.
Taste
This blend is complex - with each sip, flavours of spice, honey, cereal, and a even a little smoke emerges.
Finish
The finish is surprisingly oak-forward. Oak vanilla intertwined with notes of cloves and nutmeg all supported by sweet barley.
