More Details
It's silky and very accessible rye with a winey twist. Double distilled unmalted Mallee Rye sourced from the Murray Mallee region in South Australia. Gospel is processed through a blend of multiple batches, processed through a bespoke Solera system, then matured in a combination of New American Oak and Australian Wine Barrels.

Tasting notes
Nose
Floral and grassy fresh spice underlying a rich caramel sweetness reminiscent of minty Christmas cake.
Taste
A indulgent sweetness imploding on the tongue packed with toffee and brown sugar. Light caramel fudge comes through with undertones of a minty fresh spice.
Finish
Super long finish, oily, with warm spice coming through at the end making for a creamy finish.
