Technically, it's not old enough to be called whisky, but this shows more character than you’d expect for its age.
It's silky and very accessible rye with a winey twist. Double distilled unmalted Mallee Rye sourced from the Murray Mallee region in South Australia. Gospel is processed through a blend of multiple batches, processed through a bespoke Solera system, then matured in a combination of New American Oak and Australian Wine Barrels.
