Crafted by Head Distiller, James Reed, this beautifully aged Rum draws on his childhood living in the Caribbean. While Margaret River isn’t the climate of his youth, James was able to create something fantastic with all the hallmarks of a classic Jamaican rum! The smaller 50L ex-bourbon barrels accelerated the aging of the spirit, imparting more complexity and depth to this delicious dark rum.

Nose
Rich burnt brown sugar with ripe tropical fruits coming to the fore, followed by subtle vanilla.
Taste
Tropical, of course, immediate pineapple and mango, intermingled with creme brulee, vanilla from the oak, and a slight Christmas spice to finish.
