Tasting notes
Nose
Prunes in syrup, cake batter with currants, red cherry, black pepper, and a hint of liquorice. Notes of raspberry ice cream and milk chocolate.
Taste
Smooth with chocolate-coated raisins, dried cranberries, peppery spice, figs, and black cherry. Touches of espresso and hazelnut.
Finish
Long and rich with caramelised sugar, Maraschino cherry, and lingering oak spice.
