Threefold Aromatic gin is the brainchild of three gents from the booming Adelaide bar scene. Aidan, Luke and Steve aimed to create a spirit that is synonymous with moments shared with family and friends on warm summer afternoons. These moments inspired flavour notes that were fun, vibrant and relatable to create a gin that is greater than the sum of its parts, highlighting botanicals of grapefruit, rosemary and lavender.

Tasting notes
Nose
Incredible integration of all the flavours on the nose - everything comes together as one. There’s plenty of juniper, the hero botanicals of grapefruit and rosemary, while lavender and spice add underlying complexity.
Taste
Fantastically textural - rich and creamy. Citrus zest comes through prominently with fragrant grapefruit and lemon peels. Woody rosemary stems merge into piney resinous juniper with a coriander seed backbone.
