Togouchi Sake Cask Finish Whisky is a wonderful blend produced by Sakurao Brewery & Distillery, which is known worldwide for its traditional sake. The whisky is placed into imported Bourbon barrels then aged in old railwat tunnels. The Chief Blender then selects and blends the whisky to finish it for three months in sake casks before bottling.

Tasting notes
Nose
Sumptuous notes of vanilla, tart green apple with rich malt. Apricot, pears and nectarine come through.
