Waubs Harbour Distillery, located in Bicheno on Tasmania's rugged east coast, offers the Founder’s Reserve as its most premium expression. This single malt whisky is matured in top-quality ex-tawny port casks, carefully selected by the head distiller, and bottled at an impressive cask strength of 62% ABV. With only 471 bottles produced, this whisky is a rich, oily delight, capturing the essence of Tasmania’s maritime climate with intense, fruity, and salted caramel notes.
