One of Waubs Harbour's flagship single malt whiskies, this unique combination of ex-tawny French Oak and American Oak casks create a flavourful profile with hints of poached pear, sultana, brown sugar syrup, and hot custard. At 48%, the ocean's salty air enhances the sweetness and adds depth to the oak. In 2023, a previous version of our Port Storm whisky received a Master medal at the World Whisky Masters.

Tasting notes
Nose
Poached pears, sultanas, and brown sugar syrup meld with vanilla custard, toffee, and a hint of glazed cherries.
Taste
Rich flavours of sultana and pear crumble, treacle, golden syrup, and dried stone fruits, underpinned by salted butter and baking spices.
Finish
Long and warming with lingering notes of salted butter, soft spices, and ripe stone fruits, adding complexity and great length.
