This innovative gin from the team at Giniversity brings together a used Limeburners whisky barrel, fresh chilli, garlic, and several secret botanicals. The production process involves fermenting fresh chilli and garlic in a whisky barrel until they transform into the distillery’s signature Sriracha Sauce. Their London Dry Gin is then aged in this used whisky/ Sriracha barrel before bottling.
