A remarkable Lark whisky that combines two parts of the company’s distilling operation: their whisky, and their high quality Quiet Cannon rum. After bottling the rum, Lark were left with wonderful, super-sweet rum casks that were just crying out to be filled with single malt whisky. And so they were, with these barrels being filled with Bothwell distillery spirit that had previously been matured in Sherry casks.
