This lovely aged Calvados comes from a famed French producer of this appellation controlled type of ‘apple brandy’ made from particular varieties of apples grown in the Calvados region of Northern France. Produced according to strict rules, the eau de vie is double distilled in alembic pot-stills and aged in oak casks for over fifteen years, creating a delicate and complex spirit.
