Famous for being purchased, then sold, by Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds, Aviation Gin was one of the trailblazers for the “American Dry” style. Like many contemporary gins, Aviation lessens the focus on juniper, letting other botanicals provide much of the flavour. Aviation begins with a rye spirit base, lending subtle spice and character, which is flavoured with ingredients including sarsaparilla, lavender and orange peel during a 48 hour steeping process.
