The Komagatake 2021 Edition Single Malt whisky was distilled at the Mars Shinshu Distillery, located near Mt. Komagatake in the Kiso mountain range in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. The high altitude provides a cool climate for slow and gradual maturation. Selected single malt whiskies aged in ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks are married together to create a balanced yet distinctive, annual release Japanese whisky.
