Pernelle Cuvée Genesis is a premium de-alcoholised Sparkling - crafted through a collaboration between Méthode Traditionnelle winemakers and champagne experts. Made exclusively from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes, it undergoes a gentle de-alcoholisation process to preserve its character. A portion is aged for a minimum of two years on lees, contributing to its complexity and elegance. The sparkling features a light golden straw hue with vibrant effervescence and a creamy mousse. Aromas of fresh citrus, lemon curd, and stone fruit lead to a palate with natural acidity and a persistent finish.
