Competition - Terms and conditions

We're pretty easy going at Liquor Loot, but the legal fellas made us pop this page together to explain the legal jargon.

  1. The promoter is Liquor Loot Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 57 651 392 755) whose registered office is at 33 MacKenzie Street, Bondi Junction, NSW, 2022.
  2. The promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Opening date for the promotion is 11/10/2022.
  3. Closing date for entry to the promotion will be 20/11/2022. After this date no further entries to the promotion will be permitted.
  4. Any amends to the closing date will be made at least 14 days in advance of the original closing date.
  5. All entrants who enter at the page https://liquorloot.com/pages/enter-to-win-an-advent-calendar during the promotion period will be automatically entered into the draw for the chance to win an Advent Calendar valued up to $329.00.
  6. The draw will take place on 21/11/2022.
  7. Three (3) lucky winner will be selected at random to win a Whisky Advent Calendar. The winners will be notified within three hours of the draw taking place. If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours after the draw taking place, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  8. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The promoter will deliver the pack, once delivery details have been confirmed by the winner, within 10 working days via a courier service. The winner will receive tracking details of the pack once picked up by the courier.
  9. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
  11. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
