After working as a winemaker across Europe for 13 vintages with a short stint at a grappa distillery, master distiller Sacha La Forgia found his passion and natural ability for producing spirits. However, home was calling, so in 2015 he returned to launch this fantastic gin.

Tasting notes
Nose
Super fresh on the nose, with piney juniper, bright citrus, coriander seed and a white pepper tingle coming through strongly but cohesive. The aroma is very well rounded - silky and creamy.
Taste
Creamy, silky-smooth lemon sorbet with resinous cedarwood and menthol minty freshness. Complex spice and herbaceous notes on the dry finish which lingers.
