Tasting notes
Nose
A strong note of sweet peaches drizzled in wildflower honey. Once the first impression subsides richer oak notes come through in vanilla, baking spice and toasted coconut.
Taste
Very well rounded on the palate, with a continuation of the fruity-floral-sweet nose transitioning into sweet buttery puff pastry crusts, decadent milk chocolate, liquorice root and lashings of cinnamon spice.
Finish
Long and warming with woody spice coming through that lingers for what seems an eternity.
