This cask-strength, single cask release for the Australian market, is from London upstarts Bimber Distillery, who are producing a style of young and vibrant London Single Malt Whisky. Made from barley sourced from a farm in Hampshire, traditionally malted and slowly fermented, this delicate and aromatic, copper pot-distilled spirit was matured in an ex-Bourbon cask to create a beautifully complex whisky.

Tasting notes
Nose
Sweet and inviting aromas of malted barley and Anzac biscuits, notes of peach, lemon and pineapple with hints of raw toasted vanilla oak.
Taste
A huge explosion of tropical fruit flavours, candied ginger, pineapple cake, passion fruit sauce, oaky spice notes of vanilla and cinnamon.
Finish
A medium to long finish with lasting sweet fruit flavours spiralling into drying savoury spice notes of sweet tobacco and leather.
