Private notes is a Federation Cask Series Release that was inspired by the dairy of one of Australia’s founding fathers, Sir John Quick. The liquid been matured in a Apera (Sherry) Casks and with only 600 bottles ever released, this dram is a rare find from an Australian distillery on the way to great things!

Tasting notes
Nose
Floral sweetness with hints of caramel and honey, accompanied by subtle oak undertones.
Taste
Classic sweetness from the sherry casks develops into beautifully subtle baking spices, there’s a light sweetness that gives balance.
Finish
Wood notes are more present on the finish, the sweetness is still there but plays a supporting role to the oak.
