Venezuelan distillery Diplomatico is known for its socially responsible and sustainable practices, and its delicious rum. This bottling, the distillery’s flagship, is made with sugar cane honey. The spirit is a blend of 20% light rums, distilled in column stills, and 80% pot still rums. The rum has been aged for up to 12 years in oaks, imparting heaps of flavour.
