This spirit is buzzing with the metropolitan sophistication of Hobart, and brings together whisky, wine and beer into one flavoursome final product.
This Dark Mofo special edition has been aged in a mixture of Cabernet and Shiraz wine casks, before being finished in a barrel that held Peated Stout.

Tasting notes
Nose
A gentle wisp of earthy, fudgy peat smoke is joined by aromas of stewed plums, sour cherries, peppery spice, burnt malt and treacle.
Taste
Very full bodied with plenty of stout character. Chocolate malt, figs, blackcurrants and red grapes are accompanied by building black pepper spice and peat smoke.
Finish
Extremely long and lingering – wine tannins take hold here, bringing raisins, dark chocolate, oak spice and a touch of vanilla.
