Back in 2015, Four Pillars changed the face of flavoured gin forever with their crazy experiment of macerating cold climate Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in their Rare Dry gin. The rest, as they say, is history, with Four Pillars creating a flavoured gin that has won critical acclaim and spawned a whole new category of gin. As grapes grow seasonally and change from year-to-year, each vintage has a delicious, yet ever so slight variation.

Nose
Heavy wine notes with blackcurrants and black tea, alongside a herbaceous juniper character. Woody rosemary stems with a touch of baking spice and fragrant pink pepper.
Taste
Surprisingly sweet from the natural sugars in the Shiraz grapes. Blueberry jam with an underscoring of juniper and tea-like tannins. Finishing with cracked black pepper and earthy root vegetables.
