Designed in 1967 by William-Delme Evans and Mackinlay McPherson, the GlenAllachie Distillery began its journey as an independent, Scottish- owned and managed whisky company priding itself on the creation of exceptional whisky. This dram is matured for 15 years in a harmonious blend of ex- bourbon American oak, first-fill ex-Oloroso sherry, and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Tasting notes
Nose
Enticing aromas of dark fruit from the sherry casks with a beautiful sweet spice developing into chocolate cinnamon rolls.
Taste
The sweet spices present first with figs and prunes followed by the indulgence of dark chocolate.
Finish
A lingering presence of sweet spices with floral honey and a new candied ginger note towards the end.
