House of Saint-Etienne Agricole rum is made on the Island of Martinique, in line with the traditional French style of rum making, and meets the strict rules for production of Agricole rums. The XO designation is borrowed from the Cognac, relating to minimum age and in this case some of the rum is close to 50 years old. Through careful blending the result is a complex rum with deep oak and spice.

Tasting notes
Nose
Complex aromas of rum and raisins, dark cacao, notes of mocha coffee, dark toffee with some hints of tobacco spice and soft oak.
Taste
Bold and intense flavours of dried fruits, toffee and deep oak usher in notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and some black pepper spice.
