Kangaroo Island Spirits have been producing a delicious array of gins and liqueurs on the Island since 2006. This expression of Wild Gin is accented with locally grown and wild-harvested Boobialla, also known as native juniper, which adds a piney sweetness to gin, as well as Pink Peppercorn trees which add a complex soft and savoury spice. Small batch vapour distillation creates a gin with delicate balance.

Tasting notes
Nose
Soft and earthy aromas of pine resin, ginger root and wild mint, accented by hints of lime peel and cardamom spice.
Taste
Balanced earthy flavours of bush juniper and pink pepper spice are followed by notes of cinnamon, saltbush and eucalyptus leaves.
